About the event
Our Freya signature class is a sweaty, beat-driven workout that’s 100% safe for the postpartum period. Every movement is diastasis-aware, pelvic-floor–informed, and functional — meaning you’ll train the things you actually do every day. With multiple levels built in, you’ll be supported whether it’s your first workout back or your 50th, helping you rebuild strength and confidence as you safely work toward your pre-pregnancy intensity.
As a special treat, every attendee will receive gifts from Nunona, a brand that offers whole-food, plant-based maternal nutrition bites designed by dietitians to support postpartum recovery and overall maternal wellbeing.
