Designed just for the postpartum chapter—whether you're 6 weeks or 6+ months out—this class supports you in reconnecting to your core, breath, and strength in a safe, functional way. Whether you're easing back in or ready to move with more intention, this is your space to feel supported, seen, and strong again—at your own pace. Diastasis and Pelvic Floor aware. Freya Movement’s Postpartum Signature class is a high intensity, low/no impact, diastasis and pelvic floor aware workout. Bring water and prepare to sweat. This is not a yoga class.
