Service Description
This class—created by Freya Movement trainer Alli—blends yoga poses, strength work, and low-impact cardio in a way that’s safe, challenging, and energizing for pregnancy and postpartum. It’s diastasis- and pelvic floor-aware, built to meet you where you are, and open to all levels—whether you're TTC, pregnant (any trimester), or cleared for postpartum movement. This is not a *standard* yoga class.
