How We Support You

From weightst to resistance bands and bodyweight work, we help you build strength that translates to daily life—carrying your baby, lifting with confidence, or just feeling powerful in your body again.

Private Training

Reformer Pilates for Strength & Stability

We focus on core engagement, pelvic floor health, and full-body balance - especially beneficial through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. (All Freya Movement Trainers are not certified to teach Reformer Pilates sessions, if you want to include it in your training, please specifically request it at the time of inquiry so we can set you up with an appropriate trainer.)

Freya Memberships

At Freya, movement is medicine. Our private sessions combine strength training, functional movement, cardio and Reformer Pilates (with some trainers) to build resilience, restore balance, and move through life with strength and confidence. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or simply looking to move in a way that supports your body and your goals, we're here for you.

You'll fill out a form detailing your unique needs, we'll schedule your consult, and then match you with a private trainer.

Private Training Pricing Options

All Private Training arrangements are subject to availability with a Freya Movement Studio Trainer. We cannot guarantee the availability of a certain trainer at your preferred day/time, but we will do our best and we know you are in good hands with the Freya Team! Pricing below reflect rates for in studio training. We do offer In Home (in NYC) and Virtual Private training sessions, too. Inquire for pricing options.

It is recommended that you attend private training 1-3x weekly and we will ALWAYS extend the expiration date of packages due to pregnancy related needs such as the baby’s arrival or any recommendations for movement limitations from your care provider.

Our coaches follow either the NASM or Precision Nutrition Wellness Coaching system — a habit-based approach that supports lasting change. We don’t prescribe meal plans or rigid rules; instead, we help you build sustainable choices that fit your lifestyle and goals usually during postpartum.
