What to expect during our 45-minute Signature class

Breathwork
Designed to support and build stamina for the demands of pregnancy, helping your body stay strong, resilient, and prepared for labor while also supporting connection, relaxation, and overall wellbeing during recovery.

Strength Training
Pregnancy and parenthood both come with a lot of lifting—your growing body, your baby, the car seat, the stroller, heavy grocery bags, and all those trips up and down from the floor. Strength training helps you move through it feeling strong, confident, and ready for the demands of daily life.

Labor Training (Cardio)
Labor training prepares your body, mind, and spirit for the work of birth. You’ll move through cardio bursts that mirror the effort of longer contractions, followed by intentional recovery periods that help you shift from adrenaline to oxytocin, regulate your system, and practice tools you can use during labor.

Pilates based Core Training
Proper core awareness and function are built into every class. Your core supports your changing body, helps you stay strong for the work of pushing, and lays the foundation for a stronger postpartum recovery.
