Breathwork

Designed to support and build stamina for the demands of pregnancy, helping your body stay strong, resilient, and prepared for labor while also supporting connection, relaxation, and overall wellbeing during recovery.

Strength Training

Pregnancy and parenthood both come with a lot of lifting—your growing body, your baby, the car seat, the stroller, heavy grocery bags, and all those trips up and down from the floor. Strength training helps you move through it feeling strong, confident, and ready for the demands of daily life.

Labor Training (Cardio) 

Labor training prepares your body, mind, and spirit for the work of birth. You’ll move through cardio bursts that mirror the effort of longer contractions, followed by intentional recovery periods that help you shift from adrenaline to oxytocin, regulate your system, and practice tools you can use during labor.

Proper core awareness and function are built into every class. Your core supports your changing body, helps you stay strong for the work of pushing, and lays the foundation for a stronger postpartum recovery.

Prenatal Signature 

Our Signature class is a high-intensity, low- to no-impact workout that’s diastasis- and pelvic floor-aware. It’s performance-based strength and cardio training designed to prepare you for the real demands of pregnancy, labor and delivery, and parenthood.

In 45 minutes, you’ll move through:
• Breath work to build stamina for pregnancy, labor,

and recovery
• Full-body strength training
• Cardio designed to simulate the demands of labor
• Pilates-based, pregnancy-safe core work

This is not a yoga class. It’s beat-driven, energizing, and built to help you sweat, feel strong, and train with purpose at any point in your pregnancy.​​

Jenny Hoofnagle
Owner, Head Trainer, Birth Doula
Jenny Hoofnagle Co-Founder

Community. Centering. Empowerment. Self-Care.

These are the values that guide all of Jenny’s work with her movement clients. As a lifelong performer, Jenny has tried every modality available in her search for the best way to care for her body, mind, and spirit. An experience with her own pelvic floor dysfunction led her to Pilates, her fitness training career, and her passion for working with expecting parents and new parents. Jenny aims to broaden people's understanding, appreciation, and care for their bodies. Jenny holds a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Core Pilates NYC. She is a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Diastases and Core Consultant, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified ScolioPilates trainer and a Birth Doula
