Introducing Our 6-Week Postpartum Fitness & Support Cohort
A small, supportive group experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength from the inside out, and feel held through this season of postpartum.
We’re launching our first-ever 6 Week Postpartum Fitness & Support Cohort (A.K.A The Postpartum Party, of course!) beginning May 6th. ​​​

Over 6 weeks, you’ll be part of an intimate cohort (just 8 participants) moving through a thoughtfully designed program that supports your recovery and strength.


Weekly Strength Sessions
Join us every Wednesday at 10:30 am for pelvic floor and core-focused workouts designed specifically for postpartum bodies. Attend in-studio or live stream from home, your baby is always welcome.
