Move with purpose. Prepare with confidence.
Introducing our New Summer Class Series to Prepare Your Body for Birth
A guided movement and education series designed to prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor, and body for birth while helping you feel more confident, informed, and ready for labor.
Birth is one of the most physically demanding experiences your body will ever go through. While you can't predict exactly how labor will unfold, you can prepare your body to move well, adapt well, and recover well.

Birth Prep in Motion is a two-part educational movement series designed to help you prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor, and body for labor through intentional mobility, evidence-based education, and expert guidance from Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Kristen Lettenberger of Bespoke Physical Therapy.

Whether you're approaching your due date or simply want to feel more prepared, these classes will give you practical tools you can use every day leading up to birth.
Why Birth Preparation Matters
Pregnancy changes your body in incredible ways, but many parents are left wondering:
How do I actually prepare my body for labor?
How can I help my baby get into an optimal position?
What can I do to support my pelvic floor before birth?
How do I prepare for recovery before my baby even arrives?

Learn From an Expert Who Does This Every Day
Our regular Freya classes are always programmed with pregnancy and birth in mind, but for this special series we're bringing in an expert who specializes in preparing pregnant bodies for labor every single day.
