You May Be Able to Use Your HSA or FSA at Freya

We have news we're so excited to share. Freya Movement Studio is now partnered with Truemed, which means many of our clients may be eligible to use pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars toward their prenatal and postpartum training. Some doula services may also be eligible, depending on your doula and contract arrangement.

The work you do here builds strength, supports your recovery, and helps you feel capable in your body through pregnancy and parenthood. Making that support more accessible matters to us, and this is a big step.

What's included

Eligible clients may be able to use HSA/FSA funds toward:

Prenatal and postpartum classes and memberships
Private training sessions
Some birth and postpartum doula services through the Freya Doula Collective, depending on your doula and contract arrangement

How it works

Take the survey. Truemed's short, private health survey is reviewed by an independent licensed provider. If you qualify, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), usually within 1 to 2 days.
Book with Freya as usual. Pay with a regular card at checkout.
Submit for reimbursement. Send your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator. Claims are typically paid within 2 to 4 weeks.

One important tip: take the survey before your next purchase. Your letter needs to be in place before the purchase you submit for reimbursement.
