Hi Freya Family!
Whether you are coming to one of our pre/postnatal classes or doing other workouts that feel good in your body, there are some moves you can do at home in between workouts with equipment that won’t take up much space.
With the continuous changes that come with a growing belly, it’s important to keep the core and glutes strong throughout pregnancy.
Here are some ideas of go-to exercises you can do at home ⤵

Open and close
External shoulder rotation
Bicep curls
Bent over tricep extensions

Clams
Long leg seat work

5 Core Exercises
360 breathing
Quadruped with ball between knees - up & down
C-curve abdominals with ball behind the back or between knees
Quadruped seat with ball under hand
Hinging exercises with ball between hands or knees
