Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins: Healthy Post-Workout Snack
One of our favorite things to do in our free time is BAKE! Today, we want to share an incredibly yummy… and protein packed (!!)… treat that’s great for everyone! It's an excellent gift for family, friends and neighbors, teachers PLUS an awesome snack for your little one and, in the spirit of prioritizing self-care year round, a perfect post workout snack for YOU!
It’s important to help the body recover after a workout, especially during the pregnancy journey. 💪Post workout snacks need to have a balance of carbs, protein, and fat. Snacks should be filling, delish and let’s be honest, have simpler ingredients and be easy to make. Our trainer, Morgana, tested these out on IG and gave them the nutrition and taste test seal of approval. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins
Tip From Morgana: make sure you are using a protein powder that is third party verified and that doesn’t bother your stomach. I’m a fan of pea protein because it is easier to digest. To boost up fiber and omega 3s, I added a few shakes of flax meal and Chia seeds.
