1 | Yoga Brick
We use yoga blocks for various purposes throughout classes and find them to be an excellent small and inexpensive addition to any home gym for multiple purposes in workouts.

2 | Loop Bands
We love the way loop bands provide that extra oomph to lower body work.

3 | Pilates Ball
This small and inexpensive prop is a fun way to play with creating instability increasing the challenge during small precise movements.

4 | Weights
At Freya Movement, we recommend having a set of “light”:,”medium” and “heavy” weights (according to your own strength level) to get the most out of every home workout.

5 | Long Therabands
A great option to have in your home as well as to throw in your bag for a trip so that you can stay active on the go!
